This is one of my new favorite quotes from a very special woman who just turned 100 years old named Rita Levi Montalcini. During times in our lives when change comes, like it or not, remind yourself not to let the fear stop you, but use it, remove the 'f' and place an 'h' there; hear what your mind is saying. Listen to yourself, trust yourself, believe in yourself and go forward. Place fear where it belongs -- behind you as you use it to move ahead.
